date to be higher than what is acceptable to us.  Even though this issue is occurring after the warranty of the product has expired, we have decided to extend our warranty for the ME41 issue to 24 months from the date of purchase or 30 months from the serial number manufacturing date code.  Please know that Brother is absolutely committed to providing the highest quality products and services
